BLANCO

White tempranillo grapes make a young and fresh wine, with floral and white fruit aromas.

Pale yellow wine with greenish iridescence of youth. Clean, bright and crystalline appearance. It shows carbonic bubbles on the surface of the wine due to its fermentation. Good glyceric tear.

Narizv

Fresh and fragrant aroma, medium intensity. Prevalence of floral and fruit notes: jasmine, almond blossom, pear, etc. The light touch of Sauvignon blanc, along with the Tempranillo Blanco, gives a more interesting nose.

Bocav

it’s has a sweet entrance even though it’s a BRUT NATURE, fresh and lifted by the bubbles. It has a very natural complexity of mature peach, citrus fruits and dried raisins. It has a long and creamy aftertaste with very subtle hints of almonds and honey.

The winemakeing process follows the “champanoise” or “Traditional Method”, where the the second alcoholic fermentation takes place inside the bottled. This wine ages inside the bottle with its lees for 40 months in our cellar. After this resting period, we disgorge to take away the lees and any residual yeasts. The bottles are disgorged and corked manually.
